Winterthur boosts adviser support team

Winterthur has added five new members to its adviser support team, four as business development managers (BDMs).

Karl Vidak, Mandy Crawford, Keir Ashman and Paul Attwell have all joined as BDMs, with Alistair MacDougall appointed as a professional edge consultant. Frank Parsons, director of sales at Winterthur, says: “I'm delighted to welcome our new recruits to the Winterthur team. “Their skills and industry knowledge will be invaluable to our market proposition, and we look forward to a prosperous 2008.” Vidak has previously held posts with Friends Provident and Scottish Equitable, Crawford joins from Skandia, Ashman from Scottish Life, and Attwell from Zurich.
