Thinc acquires Southampton adviser FS3

The Thinc Group has continued its recent acquisition activity by purchasing Southampton-based high net worth IFA firm FS3.

Founded by Mike Godfrey, FS3 focuses on personal financial planning, corporate financial planning and employee benefits. The business brings around £100m in funds under management, £75m of which is managed for 110 clients.
