The personal accounts delivery authority (PADA) has appointed Simon Richards as business delivery director with responsibility for the infrastructure and processes of the new pension plans.
Currently working at the delivery authority as interim business delivery director, Richards previously worked for financial services firms including Citibank, Price Waterhouse, Goldman Sachs and Simpay. He also founded and was CEO of Alpheus, a niche IT consultancy based in London and Frankfurt. As with all Board appointments at the delivery authority, Richards has been appointed for a three year period. At the end of this time he may be eligible for reappointment.
