Vasilieff to leave Selestia

Bill Vasilieff is leaving Selestia and SkandiaMultiFunds when the group's new fund supermarket is launched this summer, as part of a series of changes pulling the two Old Mutual divisions into one team.

There is no indication at this stage as to where Vasilieff will move next but a statement just issued by Skandia says Vasilieff has “decided he will leave the business” in the summer once Skandia Life, Skandia MultiFunds and Selestia are brought together under a single Skandia UK business brand. Brett Williams will now head up the UK business division as ceo, which will sit alongside its Skandia’s international and asset management divisions.
