Fee-based IFA Conforto has appointed former Ernst & Young senior partner Peter Klauber as chairman, in preparation for the next stage of its expansion plans.
The company has seen its assets under advice (AUA) more than double to £125m in the past four months, following its July acquisition of The McCroddan Partnership and the takeover of Christie Scott’s last month.
