Friends Prov launches protection tracking alerts

Friends Provident has launched a new automated alert service allowing advisers to track new protection cases.

The Event Manager service is designed to save the time and effort involved in following up progress on individual applications, submitted through Friends Provident’s eSelect underwriting system. Advisers are alerted to key events on the proposal, from application submission to the policy going live.
