SIPP service key as providers fight to keep advisers

Following last week's suspension of the Alliance Trust Full SIPP due to poor-administration, SIPP providers believe maintaining a high level of service is important to attract and retain business from IFAs and their clients. Alliance Trust was forced to close its Full SIPP to new business last week, saying its service levels were not up to the standard its customers would expect.
