New rules relating to employers' pension contributions after A-Day could lead to a system of "postcode pensions" where some payments are allowed and some are rejected.
Speaking at the launch of IFAonline TV, Rachel Vahey, head of pensions development at Scottish Equitable, said the rules were a classic example of having all the information Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has made available but not knowing how it will work in practice.
