Just Retirement enters enhanced annuity market

Just Retirement has entered the enhanced annuity market with a product that gives most applicants a quote within 24 hours.

The provider will give the majority of applicants a detailed indication of their likely annuity income within a day by asking for a completed medical questionnaire instead of a doctor’s report. Just Retirement says customers applying to providers who require a report often wait almost a month for a quote. However, particularly ill customers may need to wait longer than a day if they do not have access to or do not wish to discuss certain information.
