Anglo Irish Bank Corporation (I.O.M.) has increased rates on its Privilege range of accounts.
The higher rates, which come into effect immediately, mean that Anglo’s flagship Privilege seven-day notice account now pays 5.60% gross for deposits in GBP Sterling, and its Privilege 12-month fixed interest account now offers 6.05% gross for Sterling deposits. Gary Quaggan, head of personal banking at Anglo Irish Bank, said: “This is good news for every type of saver.
