B&B International revamps savings rates

Bradford & Bingley International has reviewed the interest rates on its offshore offerings following the November reductions in base rate by the Bank of England, US Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank (ECB).

Savers with a balance of £1,000 and above in eAccess2 will receive annual gross interest of 5% or monthly gross of 4.8% p.a. Those with between £5,000 and £24,999 invested in a Future Planning Tracker have a year one current rate of 3.75% with a year one guarantee of +0.75%. Investors with £25,000 to £99,000 in the short-term planning account receive a year one current rate of 4% and year one guarantee of +1%, while those with £100,000 and above have a 4.25% year one current rate with a year one guarantee of 1.25%.
