In a joint venture, Punter Southall Group and Octane Holding have created Grenfell PAI Guernsey Ltd, a $400m fund of hedge funds business.
The newly formed Guernsey-domiciled company will manage assets that used to be managed by a subsidiary of PSG, PSigma Investments, acting through its P-Solve Alternative Investments division. It will also manage assets formerly run by Grenfell Fund Managers, a fund of hedge funds manager recently bought by Octane Holding.
