Russell Investments unveils OpenWorld range

Russell Investments has launched its OpenWorld fund range, designed to offer investment professionals access to high conviction external managers through a single manager platform.

Comprising a wide range of strategies, the funds include: climate change, frontier emerging markets, commodities, infrastructure and micro-cap offerings, with managers usually working on a performance fee basis. The range especially targets niche boutique managers, often unavailable or unknown to a wider investor base, according to the firm. It actively manages the managers on the platform, ensuring necessary governance and control required for investors to invest in specialist thematic areas.
