HSBC launches SICAV range on Cofunds

HSBC Global Asset Management has made its Luxembourg-based fund range available to UK advisers via Cofunds.

Funds available at outset on the Cofunds platform include: HSBC GIF Brazil Equity, HSBC GIF BRIC Freestyle, HSBC GIF BRIC Markets Equity, HSBC GIF Chinese Equity, HSBC GIF Climate Change, HSBC GIF Global Emerging Markets Bond, HSBC GIF Global Emerging Markets Equity, HSBC GIF Global Emerging Markets Local Debt, HSBC GIF Indian Equity and HSBC GIF Latin American Freestyle. Fund platforms have sometimes been reluctant to list SICAV funds because of administrative and technical difficulties, making it traditionally hard for advisers to access offshore offerings for their clients.
