AIB Fund Administrators merge with Mourant

Gary Clark, previously managing director of AIB has become head of the hedge fund services at Mourant. The group has offices in London, New York, Luxembourg, Jersey, Guernsey and Cayman Islands. As well as providing a hedge fund administration service Mourant provides legal advice in the property, trust and fund industry and has a private wealth management business.
