Skandia Investment Group has announced plans for a multi-manager fund of alternative investments, giving investors access to a basket of 10 different alternative investment classes.
The asset classes in the fund, which mix physical assets with hedge fund strategies, are likely to encompass diversified hedge fund exposure; listed timber; precious metals; listed water; listed infrastructure; hard and agricultural commodities; active currency management; global macro strategy; long/short equity strategy; and volatility.
