Simon Melluish come to Gartmore Group

Gartmore Group has today named Simon Melluish as a new senior portfolio manager for its flagship Gartmore Total Return Mutual Fund and Gartmore Nationwide Leaders Fund. Melluish will co-manage the US funds with William Miller. The two funds have a combined total of $3.3bn assets under management. Melluish has been head of US equities at Gartmore since July 2000 and in June 2001, his five-strong US equity team transferred from London to Gartmore Global Investment's US headquarters in Philadelphia.
