GMAC and GMACIF have launched a European SmartNotes programme via ABN Amro for European individual investors. GMAC SmartNotes are fixed income medium-term securities designed specifically for individual investors. They are unsecured debt obligations and are currently rated A3 by Moody's and BBB by S&P. The programme will initially target individual investors in the UK, Germany, The Netherlands and Switzerland.
