Nomura International has launched a fund of funds property portfolio that is 80% capital protected. The Dublin-domiciled Global Property 80% Protected fund, managed by Shilpa Aimin, offers investors a protection level of 80% of the highest ever net asset value (Nav). The vehicle invests in funds from Henderson, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley and will be weighted 50% in Europe, 25% in Asia and 25% in the US.
