Credit Suisse has launched the Credit Suisse Sicav One (Lux) Equity Global Property fund, domiciled in Luxembourg but managed by Lawrence Raiman in New York. The fund is benchmarked to the FTSE EPRA/Nareit Global Real Estate index.
