Polar Capital partners, the new asset management firm founded by Tim Woolley and Brian Ashford-Russell, formerly managers of the Henderson Global Technology fund, is set to launch an offshore technology fund in late January. Although the pair will work together it is believed Woolley will be more responsible for the running of the offshore fund. He was formerly the lead manager on the open-ended Henderson Technology Luxembourg Sicav.
