Active Asset Investment Management has launched a leveraged commercial property fund aimed at high net worth investors, which has already attracted the assets of such British cultural luminaries as Sir David Frost, Sir Alex Ferguson and Simon Cowell. The aAIM Property Fund 1 is a Jersey closed-ended expert collective investment fund company. The key criteria for the fund's investments will be UK commercial property.
