Fidelity this month launches a Luxembourg-based Global Property fund investing in real estate investment trusts (Reits) and direct property shares. The product can be held within a Sipp and is fully Isable for UK investors, with a minimum investment of £1,000 or regular savings from £50 a month. Managed from Boston by Steve Buller, the portfolio will have between 50 and 70 holdings and be benchmarked against the FTSE EPRA/ NAREIT Global Real Estate index.
