Credit Suisse Asset Management's Japan manager Nick Edwards has left the group as part of a reorganisation of its Japanese headquarters. Credit Suisse has moved the management of its Japan funds from its New York office to Tokyo to centralise its research and investment management in this area. As part of the move, Tokyo-based head of Japanese equities Shusaku Saito will take over the £5.8m New Japan fund from Edwards. Saito joined Credit Suisse from UBS last November.
