Standard & Poor's is to create a registration-only web-service for advisers to access its fund ratings service and is considering charging for a series of value-added tools. Advisers will still be able to access the fund rating reports via the web for free, the group said. At the same time it is to make cut-down one-page versions of the reports available on a general website which the public can access.
