Jersey Financial Services Commission is to appoint Robson Rhodes and an as yet unnamed UK Queen's Counsel to carry out a review of split-capital closed-end funds. The review will focus on the managers' compliance with Jersey law as well as their own constitutive documents and the marketing of the funds. The review is not expected to be completed until the end of the year at the earliest.
