Sifa, the trade association and affinity group for solicitor financial advisers, has launched a re-written version of its guide to trust investing, reflecting the provisions of the Trustee Act 2000, which takes effect in February. The Sifa Handbook of Trustee Investment provides solicitors and IFAs with an updated guide to trusts, and includes the new legal, tax and investment considerations that trustees must take into account.
