By James Thorneley Legg Mason Investors, the new name for Johnson Fry, has recruited a European fund manager, UK analyst and is looking to strengthen its sales team. The group has also confirmed it will be launching a US fund in late August or early September. Jeremy Knight has joined from Colonial First State Investments, where he managed around $1bn of European equities. He replaces Rupert Morrell who left the group in March to join Lloyd George.
