TD Waterhouse Securities plans to launch an online brokerage service this autumn with the aim of eventually providing a range of externally managed mutual funds. The North American group, formerly known as Green Line Investor Services, is the second largest discount brokerage operation in the world with more than 2.8 million customer accounts and more than $105bn in assets under administration.
