Jupiter is launching an environmental investment trust this week as a rollover vehicle for its Jupiter International Green investment trust. The International Green trust, which has a split capital structure, will be wound up in March and investors will be able to roll over into a new trust called the Jupiter Global Green investment trust. Jupiter Global Green will have a conventional rather than a split capital structure and will offer ordinary shares as well as participating convertible shares.
