Legal & General has filed a bankruptcy petition with the High Court against a division of IFA services firm Lifeboat Financial Group. Multi Tie Distribution Network Ltd - a non-regulated arm of the Lifeboat support services group which was formerly known as MCV Network Ltd - faces a £362,000 bankruptcy petition which is being heard at the High Court on September 3rd.
