Alliance & Leicester is launching a second issue of its 150th Anniversary Bond for a limited period, ending on 31 December. The company said extra funds have been put in place because demand for the first offer had significantly exceeded expectations. The anniversary bond offers up to a 12% return and 100% capital guarantee. Minimum investment in the bond is £150 with the maximum set at £1m.
