New chief executive for Clerical Medical

John Edwards, currently Managing Director of Clerical Medical has taken over as Chief Executive from Robert Walther, who retired on 31 October after 36 years with the Group. Edwards. born in 1955, was appointed Chief Executive of Clerical Medical Investment Group in October 2001. He joined Clerical Medical in 1993, was appointed General Manager, Sales and Marketing in 1996 and was appointed to the Board in 1998.
