Juliet Cohn, former Alliance Dresdner Asset Management fund manager, has joined Principal Global Investors as head of European equities. Cohn will manage the $42.8m Dublin-based PGI European Equity Fund, which is aimed largely at fund of funds, banks and large IFA networks. The fund holds 99 stocks and has 37% of its assets based in the UK. Seven of its top 10 holdings are in UK-based firms. At Alliance Dresdner Cohn was responsible for European assets and managed the Charter Pan-European Trust. Cohn said she has no initial plans to make any serious changes to Principal's investme...
