Bright Grey has reported an increase in the number of critical illness (CI) claims paid out over the last year, with the number of claims declined for non-disclosure reduced by over six times. According to the provider, 83% of CI claims were paid, with £20m paid out to claimants. Claims declined due to non-disclosure in the same period fell from 12% to 1.8%.
