Advisers are increasingly optimistic about the relevance of protection insurance to their business in the immediate future, according to the results of a survey released by L&G. Those responding to the survey said that current sales levels for the second quarter had increased by nearly 10% while they expected those levels in the next six months to increase by over 20%. However, those advisers felt that the current opportunities to discuss protection with people remained static and that this would barely increase over the next six months.
