Zurich has announced its intention to enter the group risk market. Zurich's group risk business, set to launch early this year, will be known as Zurich Corporate Risk. The insurer is currently building a corporate risk workforce and has announced key appointments for its executive team. Jonathan Plumtree will be head of corporate risk. He joins from Unum where he held the position of finance director. Bob Cheesewright will be proposition director. Previously, he worked at Friends Provident, Swiss Life and Unum.
