No single provider was rated overall as 'generally good' or 'consistently good' in a survey of broker's service experience from general insurers. However, all but one of the insurers were rated as 'generally acceptable' overall. Axa scored lower, falling marginally beneath the mark. The survey was conducted by the Institute of Insurance Brokers (IIB) between January and March.
