CII CEO: PFS has moved past 'tales of woe'

Chartered Insurance Institute CEO Matthew Hill sat down with journalists following a tour of the organisation’s new headquarters to talk about Personal Finance Society changes and the organisation’s recent office move.

During discussions, Hill confirmed to Professional Adviser that a PFS executive director appointment has been finalised. The new hire has yet to be announced, with the organisation awaiting a further executive director appointment on the CII side before it pushes on. While Hill declined to say whether the new hire has financial services experience, setting out that it would be "unfair" to the individual to do so, he did comment that they have "a very strong and successful background in supporting member organisations".
