Mark Singh's path to becoming a qualified IFA at Pareto has been far from traditional, but it's exactly this unconventional route that fuels his passion for financial education and youth empowerment. Beginning his career in youth work after studying sport at university, Singh spent a number of months coaching football in the US before returning to lead youth programmes in UK community centres, and eventually working with some of the country's most vulnerable young people in secure units.
