Co-founders Megan Johns and Daniel Bowen have launched Essex-based Stepwoods Financial Planning.

Stepwoods Financial Planning was officially launched on 15 September and is based in Braintree, Essex. Speaking to Professional Adviser, the advice duo shared their experience setting up their own independent advice firm and what their ambitions are for the business going forward. "Dan and I have a history of working well together, and we felt we both had similar values," Johns said. "We wanted a little bit more control so we could give the service we feel is best."
