What was your career history before you took part in the incubator programme? Sharma was in academia before he went into financial advice and published a white paper looking at the prefrontal cortex of the brain and rugby players who had concussion. He considered beginning a PhD, but soon realised that this was not a direction that he wished to take anymore. "I know most people say they fell into financial services.
