Progeny’s adviser academy is a boutique offering which is looking to expand, its head Heather Ross tells Professional Adviser.

Ross joined Progeny in January 2023 and before that headed up both Balmoral Asset Management's and Aegon's academies. "It [the Progeny academy] is quite a boutique offering which we are looking to expand," she told PA. "It is about training people to be financial advisers of the future."
