What was your career history before you took part in the incubator programme? Before taking part in the programme, Edwards worked for an IFA part-time as the office manager/technical admin support while also being self-employed at a compliance firm.   "I was file checking advisers all around the country and was doing admin to support the compliance firm each quarter," she said.
