Who is your favourite author? It really depends on the subject; I go more by the subject rather than the author. So what are you currently reading? I am reading a book by Romain Gary called The Life Before Us - it is lovely, funny and also realistic. It's about a Jewish woman who adopts a Muslim, Catholic and African kid and she educates them about their own culture.
