What are the key challenges you are facing as an adviser right now? The biggest challenge is the constant rate of change. We’ve always had to deal with a certain amount of change but it has never been as rapid as it is now. This brings uncertainty for advisers, and our clients. If we look ahead to RDR for instance my firm is already RDR compliant but going forward the challenge is one of differentiation.
