F&C broadens access to UK Property fund

F&C is rolling out its UK Property fund to the broader IFA market by making it available on leading platforms.

The open-ended NURS fund, which provides both retail and institutional investors with the opportunity to buy into a diversified portfolio of UK commercial properties, is managed by Julian Smith and Guy Glover of F&C REIT. The fund has now been added to the Cofunds, FundsNetwork, Transact, Nucleus, Novia and Ascentric platforms following its June launch to private discretionary managers.
