Goy Harris Cartwright (GHC), the independent stockbroker and investment manager, has acquired Coventry-based Berkeley Fund Managers (BFM). With approximately £100m in assets under management, BFM's nine-strong team is best known for its Oeic funds of funds. Paul Harris, chief executive at GHC, said: "BFM will at some point go under re-branding as GHC's funds travel across to the group allowing the latter to focus on stockbroking and discretionary investment management."
