When the PA Awards judges began to search for the firm that had paved the clearest path on vulnerable client care in 2022, they were not expecting to find one of the UK's oldest traditional wealth managers leading the charge. Despite this, it was RBC Brewin Dolphin - founded more than 260 years ago - that the judges felt stood out for its pioneering work.
