This week, it's UNIQ Family Wealth managing director, Certified financial planner and Chartered wealth manager Marlene Outrim… What time does a typical workday start for you and what is first on the agenda? Usually, I start around 9.30am and it depends on the day as to what is first on the agenda. If it's a Tuesday or Thursday, these are kept as meeting days and usually no more than three clients a day. These can be in Cardiff, Bristol, or Abergavenny. Other days are kept for leadership meetings (Monday pm) and prep days, business matters or any ad hoc meetings. We work a four-day week...
